The ISEMI learning path

The ISEMI learning path is a seven-year journey of inner development, professional mastery, and spiritual deepening. Through the symbolism of Egypt (years 1–4), you come to know your inner temple: energy, consciousness, communication, and leadership. In Atlantis (years 5–6), the focus shifts to trainership, group fields, and carrying a living tradition. In Lemuria (year 7), the core themes are field awareness, simplicity, and embodiment.

Structure and investment

The investment consists of a monthly membership (app access, your learning route, monthly live sessions, assignments, and the community) and an annual residential 3-day retreat (deepening, supervision, and certification). Unlike many programmes that become more expensive as you progress, the ISEMI monthly fee decreases the further you move along the learning path—because commitment and continuity are rewarded. As a guideline, the 3-day retreat ranges from €950 to €650 per workshop, including accommodation, meals, venue hire, materials, and facilitation. You will always receive a transparent proposal in advance.

Sequence without hierarchy

The years follow a fixed sequence, but not a hierarchy. Each year has its own theme and multiple layers of depth and mastery. Seven years is an average: some participants move faster, others take more time to integrate and embody what they learn. You progress when the underlying themes have truly landed.

Centre of Excellence

After each year, you can join the ISEMI Centre of Excellence. This allows you to remain connected to the field, supported through continuity and exchange, and to sense—through presence—if and when a next step is right for you.

The Residential 3-Day Retreat

The residential retreat is the annual deepening moment in which you practice, integrate, and embody the work intensively. We select the location and package to match the year program and the group. The content and facilitation remain the same; the price difference is mainly driven by location, package, and group size. You will always receive a transparent proposal in advance.

Enrollment and Intake

Enrollment always starts with a personal intake conversation. We clarify your motivation and explore together whether the learning path fits you at this moment. This helps safeguard the quality and safety of the group. Participation is based on a mutual match. After a match, you will receive an invitation to complete your enrollment, including all practical information about start dates, your learning route, and planning.
