The ISEMI learning path

ISEMI is structured as a unique, seven-year developmental pathway consisting of seven masterclasses that build upon one another. This online offering is fully available in both Dutch and English. Each masterclass forms a complete 12-month annual track and can be taken individually.

For those who wish to pursue further depth, integration, and certification, a residential 2-day masterclass is provided both at the beginning and at the end of each annual track. The investment for this is €450 per 2-day session (€ 900 per annual track). This is fully inclusive of all course materials, meals, and overnight stays in a comfortable room for single occupancy.

Masterclass 1 — Inner Power — forms the essential foundation of the full learning path. Here, you lay the groundwork for energetic awareness, personal safety, inner alignment, self-regulation, and authentic leadership.

Videos and course materials are available in both Dutch and English. Masterclasses in the Netherlands are taught in Dutch; masterclasses outside the Netherlands are taught in English.

From the moment of enrollment, you will gain access to the first video lessons, digital course materials, reflection questions, and practical assignments. You will progress through the lessons at a manageable pace that aligns with your personal development and available time.

The monthly live training sessions and the residential masterclasses then offer further depth, personal guidance, and collective integration within the living learning environment of ISEMI.

Centre of Excellence

After each masterclass, you can join the ISEMI Centre of Excellence: a professional community for deep networking, continuing education, intervision, and supervision. This keeps you connected to the field and supports you in maintaining and deepening your mastery.
