The ISEMI learning path

ISEMI is structured as a seven-year development journey combining personal growth, professional mastery and spiritual deepening. The learning path consists of seven masterclasses that build on one another while also being available as stand-alone programmes. Each masterclass forms a complete 12-month learning journey, combining online lessons, monthly live training sessions, personal guidance and opportunities for small-group, practice-based development.

The learning path progresses from learning to know and lead yourself, to professional communication, leadership and coaching, and ultimately to training, mastery and deeper exploration of wisdom and meaning.

Masterclass 1 - Personal Leadership
Living and working from Inner Power

forms the foundation of this learning path. You develop inner security, self-regulation, awareness, energetic sensitivity and the ability to live and work with greater autonomy, alignment and Inner Power.

Personal contact and development days

Throughout the year, ISEMI organises small-group contact and development days in the Netherlands, Great Britain and Germany. These sessions create space for personal guidance, direct feedback, practical skills training and, where appropriate, personal transmission and certification.

The format, location and investment may vary from one session to another. This allows us to work effectively with very small groups while keeping personal training accessible, flexible and carefully facilitated. Dates, content and costs are always communicated clearly in advance.

Dutch and English

The online learning path, videos and core learning materials are available in both Dutch and English. Contact days in the Netherlands are generally delivered in Dutch, while international sessions are primarily conducted in English.

Centre of Excellence

After completing a masterclass, you can join the ISEMI Centre of Excellence: a professional network for personal development, leadership, craftsmanship and meaningful entrepreneurship.

Within the Centre, you meet other professionals who, like you, want to continue growing in who they are and in what they contribute professionally. Intervision, supervision, advanced learning sessions, networking activities and inspiring guest speakers are combined with space for new ideas, collaboration and meaningful business connections.

The emphasis is not on superficial networking, but on building lasting relationships based on trust, quality and reciprocity. In this way, the Centre becomes a professional network in which personal development, professional mastery and meaningful collaboration reinforce one another.
