You learn to weave theory, experience, reflection, and ritual—so participants don’t just understand, but truly embody what they learn.From this year onwards, the mythic foundation shifts from Egypt to Atlantis: a liminal space between land and sea. Where the first four years focused mainly on working with yourself, individuals, and teams, you now step into the transition between the known and the unknown—learning to hold space and serve the larger group field. In this phase, you deepen your facilitation presence. You learn to read the room, work with resistance and emotion, and guide groups through uncertainty without forcing outcomes. You also build stronger learning design: shaping a coherent arc from intention to integration, and translating subtle dynamics into clear, supportive interventions.Astrology, Jungian psychology, and planetary archetypes have been present throughout the programme as a supportive undercurrent.
