You develop the ability to stay grounded in times of pressure, change, and conflict—while creating an environment in which people can grow, take responsibility, and dare to show initiative. In this third year, you build on your inner foundation (Year 1) and your communication and relational skills (Year 2). The focus shifts to influence within systems: teams, departments, and organisations. You learn to see and act as a leader within a larger whole, with attention to human dynamics, the underlying field, and the core assignment. Inspiration is drawn from Secure Base Leadership (incl. Kohlrieser), systemic leadership, modern change theory, and the ancient Egyptian concept of Ma’at: truth, balance, and justice as the heart of leadership.</p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><br></p><h3 id="59c5393f-137f-4c2e-9b09-35b39c4f5670" data-toc-id="59c5393f-137f-4c2e-9b09-35b39c4f5670" style="font-size: 20px; font-weight: 600; line-height: 1.2;"><strong>Programme</strong></h3><p style="text-align: justify;">In this year-long programme, you work with seven qualities of Secure Base Leadership, which together form one coherent developmental pathway. As a deeper reflective layer, we use an archetypal structure from the Major Arcana (I–VII) as a framework for reflection. You begin by becoming your own secure base: inner safety, self-regulation, presence, and conscious influence (focus and craftsmanship). <strong>From there, you learn to create the conditions in which others can thrive:</strong> building psychological safety, understanding relationships and loyalties, and providing direction rooted in values and vision (alignment and meaning). You then develop the mature side of leadership: boundaries, power and conflict skills, shaping team culture, and reading the undercurrent (structure and integrity). In the final movement, you learn to guide change and transition, integrating everything into a clear personal leadership profile and a long-term course (choice and commitment). This creates a solid foundation from which you lead with humanity and decisiveness—especially when things get challenging, and when it matters most.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><h3 id="719465dc-69a9-4ed0-b39c-19224b387edf" data-toc-id="719465dc-69a9-4ed0-b39c-19224b387edf" style="font-size: 20px; font-weight: 600; line-height: 1.2;"><strong>Investment</strong></h3><p style="text-align: justify;">The investment consists of a monthly membership (app access, your learning route, monthly live sessions, assignments, and the community) and an annual residential 3-day retreat (deepening, supervision, and certification). <strong>Unlike many programmes that become more expensive as you progress, the ISEMI monthly fee decreases the further you move along the learning path</strong>—because commitment and continuity are rewarded. As a guideline, the 3-day retreat ranges from €950 to €650 per workshop, including accommodation, meals, venue hire, materials, and facilitation.
