It is a lineage and mastery programme: a shift from doing to being. The work lives in you, and you choose to live in service of the work. The mythic foundation here is Lemuria: the image of a gentle, heart-centred civilisation, deeply connected to earth, water, sound, and unity. In ISEMI, Lemuria symbolises a way of working in which silence, field awareness, and simple rituals can be enough to facilitate profound movement.In earlier years, symbolic languages such as astrology, Jungian psychology, and planetary archetypes may have been present as an undercurrent. The developmental movement is toward simplicity: fewer techniques, more presence; fewer words, more clarity; less doing, more transmission. Alongside this inner dedication, ISEMI may confer the Recognition of Mastery — Hidden Wisdom, Embodied Presence and Ethical Stewardship as a formal acknowledgement of embodied readiness and mature stewardship.This recognition reflects more than the completion of a programme. It honours the stabilisation of presence, the capacity to hold field and form with simplicity, and the ability to transmit the work without performance, inflation, or dependency. In this sense, mastery is recognised not as status, but as service: a way of carrying the work that can support others, the community, and future generations.
