Trainer Training
Facilitating groups and shaping learning processes
What you will learn
Design training programmes and workshops that move participants from insight to experience and integration β with clear learning objectives, a coherent learning journey and appropriate methods.
Facilitate groups in a way that is both safe and challenging β build psychological safety, hold tension and resistance, and create space for both depth and lightness.
Recognise and professionally work with group dynamics through perspectives from Transactional Analysis, Systemic Work, Secure Base principles and Jungian psychology.
Use symbolism, stories and rituals as carriers of learning and meaning-making β experientially, carefully and ethically attuned to the target group and context.
Use astrological and planetary archetypes as symbolic inspiration for theme, rhythm, timing and reflection, without diagnosing, profiling or approaching participants deterministically.
Work consciously with your position and influence as a trainer β including projection, power, boundaries, feedback and responsibility for the learning and group process.
Develop and deliver one or more of your own training formats β such as a workshop, one-day training or longer programme β that are ready to offer from an educational, professional and practical perspective.
