What you will learn

• Recognise transference, countertransference, projection and shadow dynamics — distinguish what belongs to you, what belongs to the client, and what is emerging in the relationship, so that you remain professionally present and role-clear.

• Deepen your awareness of attention, intention and inner stance and explore how these influence choices, action and the developmental process, without falling into magical thinking or simplistic claims about change.

• Develop your professional identity as a Secure Base Coach — gain clarity about your target group, offer, boundaries, responsibilities, fees, and appropriate forms of collaboration and referral.
